These terms govern your use of Dosti, the language practice service provided by Dosti Labs. By using Dosti, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Dosti is provided strictly for learning and practising languages, and nothing else. You agree to use it only for that purpose. It is a practice tool, not a certified course, an exam, a translator for official documents, or professional advice of any kind.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the service.
Dosti needs access to your microphone to work. By using Dosti, you consent to us processing your voice to hold the conversation and, if you turn on pronunciation scoring, briefly recording and analysing it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you sign in with a phone number, you are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Dosti Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks unlimited conversations, pronunciation scoring, custom scenarios, and practice insights. It is billed monthly or annually, in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from Settings in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep Dosti Pro until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. We do not provide refunds for the unused part of a current period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details ourselves. If we ever change Dosti Pro's price, we will let you know before the change applies to your next renewal.
We work to keep Dosti available and useful, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Conversations are generated by automated language models and may sometimes be inaccurate. Do not rely on Dosti for anything important beyond language practice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dosti Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dosti Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
